For over 80 years, Uncle Sam’s Homemade Chocolates has been famous in the Capital Region of New York. We are in Schenectady NY just five minutes from Albany, NY. We’ve been making Chocolate Bark, Chocolate Butter Crunch, Truffles, and over 60 varieties of hand dipped chocolates for all this time. At Uncle Sam’s, the chocolates are dipped in REAL milk chocolate, not confectionery coating or imitation “chocolate flavored” candy.
Why our Candy is the Best
We use only the best ingredients, and when we can’t get our hands on them, we may be out of an item or two (we’ll never sacrifice quality).

We ship and deliver all over the USA (in the summer we use cold paks). Our candy has been enjoyed in all 50 states, in several foreign countries and by countless celebrities – Governor Thomas Dewey of New York – among them (remember “Dewey Beats Truman” back in 1948?). If only Governor Dewey ordered more Chocolate Nut Bark, he might of won over a few more voters!
