We start by pouring down a layer of dark chocolate, then we mix essential pure oil of peppermint into our REAL WHITE COCOA BUTTER CHOCOLATE and layer it on top while sprinkling crushed candy canes bits on it while it is still soft! It is minty, crunchy, smooth and multi-dimensional in flavor! We honestly have a hard time keeping it in stock in December! We pour it and cut it by hand make it each day fresh.
