Our chocolate covered cherries our special- we dip them in fondant-icing and then we coat them in our fabulous chocolate. After a few days, the icing turns to a liquidy cordial center, so when you bite the candy it is oozing with sweet juice! NOW YOU KNOW THE SECRET OF HOW WE GET THE JUICE IN THE CENTER!!!! Sold in one pound increments.

I rated your cherries only as a 3 star because my husband bought them for me for Christmas and this is the first time I have Not loved them. There is not a full cherry as in the past. The Cherries have all been cut in half. We have shopped at your Schenectady store for years and this is the first time I have been disappointed with your product. Please go back to putting a Complete cherry in the center of the chocolate. If there had been a full cherry inside I would have rated it a 5 star.
